Echoing Reprimand, How Does It Work?

Hi Rogues, I rolled an Outlaw toon because I love randomness.

But how does Echoing Reprimand work? Does it randomly choose the number of Combo Points you need to target/use?

random. hit the empowered cp and you have yourself a 7 cp damaging finisher

It’s a multi finisher spamming talent, can be tricky to land the correct amount of points to spam the finishers at full power.

It can be kinda annoying at times, but look for the Blue empowered one. You’ll get better at targeting it as you use it more.

Thank you Sothê and Nazureshia. ^^ So, when I successfully pull off the full power finisher, the target still stays for a while? If it is true, it allows for skill and is good against bosses I’m guessing.

It disappears after use until the it comes off cool down.

For Outlaw, Echoing Reprimand is an okay-ish talent. It’s more for people who prefer the actual ability more than anything else.

this is one of those things where having a helpful UI addon makes a huge difference. many of them can indicate whether you have a charged CP count or not with a symbol next to the count. it’s much easier than looking up at your buffs and trying to remember which ones you’ve consumed and which ones are still up.
