Echo of Neltharion boss fight in Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible has an issue where the Voices from Beyond, needing to be killed to transfer to Phase 3, are not visible for people with the Corruption Debuff most of the time, and those that can see break the shield, the add goes entirely invisible and untargetable. Being only damaged by AoE on their location. This with the only 3 Corruptions that are timed takes too long before being locked into the wipe. Making it impossible to progress on transmogrification runs or attempts at mount farming.

Confirming these adds are unable to be seen or targeted by anyone who can damage them.
People with Corruption can AOE the add at first. But when the shield falls off they disappear from everyone. At this point everyone can damage them with AOE. You need to continue AOEing them until Neltharion’s shield stack drops off, confirming the mob actually died.
Very bugged encounter right now.
