Yeah so, this is really dumb. After you kill the echo of Garrosh, there is no actual way to leave the inner sanctum. I guess you’re supposed to hearth out… but I recently used my hearthstone to expedite travel like, five minutes ago! Why can’t I just click on the dragon who brought me here and have him take me back? This is colossally stupid.

Same. Now I’m running around in the Sanctum for 17 minutes…

Still an issue after Dragonflight’s launch. I’m stuck here for another 18 minutes…
edit: I found the solution. There is an eye (the dungeon finder eye) that you can right-click on and click “Teleport out of Dungeon.” Silly oversight, but not very obvious to a relatively new player.

Bug is still in the game, I am stuck in an instance for 20min until my heathstone is off cooldown. Death Gate will not even work.

To anyone who may find this in the future, in the bottom right of your screen click the big green eye and “leave instance group”.

Still an issue, not sure why this and the Highmountain Tauren quests are still bugged, but Blizzard doesn’t care.
You can simply right click your character photo and click “Leave Instance Group” and you will teleport out.
