After defeating Garrosh I was able to get to Dazar’alor in Zuldazar to talk to Chief Telemancer Oculeth inside the Great Seal. He is not there but the quest marker shows on the map. I am trying to unlock the allied race Mag’har Orcs and i cannot progress any further until this is fixed
