So i kinda hit a wall with this quest. The quest says its near a set of Kodo bones but when i read up on it, it says its in a different location. Ive blown the horn in the original area and he doesnt seem to wanna appear. I goto the other area it try it and it says this isnt his hideout. Im at a loss right now. Is anyone else having this problem?
I am also having this same issue … is there anyone with a fix?
