Seems like Ebonbolt’s missile speed has slowed down or the launching of it has been delayed slightly. Use to not have issues with shattering Ebonbolt into Icy Nova and still have a Winter’s Chill left over for another Ice Lance, but have been having an issue doing so since Tuesday.
