Eating/Drinking in Combat

Hey guys,
I recently did a ZF and i did one of the oldest Healer tricks in the game which is eating in combat. Actually the mage asked me how i did it so i decided to make a video since when i talked with my guild they didnt know that either lol
Actually the oldest eating trick was eating and walking but it was fixed in TBC.

The best scenario for this trick to be 100% efficient is when you are on 10% mana start eating your tank pull mobs you waiting him to get to 50% hp then start casting your big heal and spam your water and start eating again  that way the group wont waste much time. Unless you have a mage… then you have to wait for him to get mana >.>

Once you cast a heal on someone in combat you go into combat and can’t eat / drink again until you leave. You can however not enter combat while your group (or the tank) does and drinking right as you exit combat while the tank pulls the next group is an old tactic.

or if you put rej. on your tank then you enter combat no matter what lol

My favorite is randomly buffing people as I run by and suddenly realizing I’m in combat wtf

When I played mage, I would drink after a pull, let some mana regain and let tank get threat, luckly my water was free so even just a sip or 2 between pulls kept me from having to take long mana breaks. If I started to fall behind BLINK.

Worked wonders for me.

can you imagine if mages had to buy water… then nobody would get a mage buff since its like 50% of their mana :joy:

“sure, I will buff ya, for a price”

I would have likely never played a mage if I had to buy water. wait, what if mages had to pee in proportion to how much water they drank :flushed:

That’s one of the reasons a thousand needles got flooded!
