Seems like the most fair thing to do right now is limit in game time for the first few weeks until queues die down. hours per day for the first 2 weeks seems like a reasonable amount that would allow a lot more people to actually get in.
My experience tonight, 3 hour 6400 player queue at launch, booted by server with 800 players left in front of me. Back into queue of 24,000. Four hours later I have 7800 in front of me.
How about a grace period for DCs instead?
lul… hard pass, it could just work instead of putting parental controls on
Are you telling me because i was able to get on right away i should be punished because you decided to try to log on at 5 pm on a monday launch day
GTFO, Chairman Mao.
thats exactly what hes saying, Ograh you have 2 hours to play or you get a spanking you hear me?
Yes, because the greater good is the same thing as a punishment…flawless logic.
And I agree with Vidran, if you get booted from the queue you should be able to pick that spot back up within a reasonable amount of time.
So essentially cutting a 30 day subscription to a 15 day subscription, seems fair…
Easy solution: Actually prepare what many people consider one of the biggest Blizzard releases to date.
If you are playing 720 hours a month (and not sleeping) I don’t know whether to be amazed or sad for you. My suggestion was for a few weeks while the queues decrease. What worse, one person doesn’t get to play 16 hours in a day, or 60 people didn’t get to play at all due to 6 hour queues?
How about no.
