There is a time when you got to realize it just not your thing. See this LFR raid took 5 stacks to get past first boss of court of stars. At fourth I decided to turn on meter. The tank was doing 10k he was the 8th best.
Sitting and here thinking. The next boss is going to be interesting. I said there no way they could get past next boss. Still surprise almost everyone stick in there for this. We only lost 4.
Well the next boss was total fun. No one wanted to do mechanics at all. They refuse to in fact. It was not till stack 5 that one said he do it. So stack 6 rolls around. We have to be able to down her. Nope. Then we hit seven these guys barely hitting 12k in dps and boom. I left at 7 stacks.
In total we lost 6 tanks through her, unknown amount on heals and about 9 dps. Despite that they could not down her. Funniest thing ever. Never seen people die to blue pools so many times. Those pink balls if go off all at once is pretty neat.
So could they get it done on the 8Th?
What the heck is this? Court of Stars isn’t even a raid, or in this expansion?

Any group I’ve ever been in, the tanks and/or healers start dipping after the first three stacks at most. Then you’re left with a dead group that took 45 minutes to form, and could take that long again to put back together much less put back together into something that’ll pass, which is why I stay the hel away from LFR nowadays.
We even had a group where people were actively trying to do the mechanic, and still serial wipes at the exact same point in the fight followed by key desertions.
There probably shouldn’t be pure wipe mechanics in LFR, you can’t trust people in there to do them and honestly I’ve even dipped myself after dying to the same mechanic in the same place too many times, especially if I’m powerless to try to do it myself. Which is kind of the point too, you can’t even try-hard your way through the mess half the time.
When you start realizing how messed up LFR is, is the moment you need to start raiding normal. Congrats, you’ve moved up in the world!

I’m going to assume he means the “Circle of Stars,” which is the final LFR wing of Eternal Palace.
Even so, I mean, you shouldn’t really be surprised that LFR is going to struggle on a raid that is designed to be challenging. It’s not certainly something that should cause you to decide that raiding just isn’t “your thing.” If you honestly wanted to make an effort to raid you’d be doing normal PUGs or join a raid group. LFR serves its purpose, but it’s a terrible barometer for the overall raiding community.
Isn’t Court of stars the last wing of EP?
Court of Stars is a dungeon in legion. Circle of stars is the last LFR wing of Eternal Palace.
