Correct because by then Blizzard will have removed the mounts people exploited to get and it will be fine.
even with making them infinitely farmable, they need to up the drop rate. sub 1% is stupid.
Nah, I imagine theyāll let them keep them.
And it was. They killed it and got the mount. Thatās how it was intended. Itās Blizzardās oversight that allowed it to be the only drop for Evokers.
Ad hominems reign supreme here.
Iām all for the grinds, but old content definitely needs to have skips, bad luck protection, or increased drops. I know people who have into the 10,000ās kills that havenāt seen the drop yet, thatās absurd.
I mean I get the being upset about it and know there were plenty of the drops that were people just there to exploit it. If they do roll it back itās the consistent farmers who might have got it unknowingly who finally could have breathed that sigh of relief only to find out that since their new Dracthyr was the one it dropped on they lose it. I know people who hit a full list of toons out there everyday looking for that mount and would have been out there with just one more toon for the grind when it would have happened.
Why diminish the efforts of those who earned things while current?
1 in 2000-3000 or whatever it is really is too much.
Raises hand Been at it since MoP when they were released. This whole situation feels super bad lol.
Did the other world bosses not get exploited? Iām not seeing much on Galleon or Oondasta or Nalak and everyone seems to be mostly upsetti about Sha.
Its the very low drop rate that makes the mount so desirable, if there was any change to the drop rate it would become less so.
I rarely see anyone riding Invincible anymore, people who finally get it, use it for a day or 2 and then realize nobody cares because only the super-unlucky donāt have it. But with sha, its very possible to never get it, no matter how hard you try.
Thereās been new Feldrake threads posted today. When do we get to āweāre goodā? Cause itās driving me nuts already lol!!
Im happy for the folks who were finally able to get the sha mount. Good for them.
Its a disgustingly low drop rate and should have been hotfixed to at least 1% or to escalating odds years ago.
Iām pretty sure itās all of the Pandaria bosses. Iāve been seeing more of Nalak around as well, itās just people are talking about Sha the most.
I forgot about it until I saw this thread.
Thereās no dilemma.
This is purely salty little ones who donāt want others to have shinys.
Nah,
They killed a boss and got loots.
Blizzards fault.
GO find another hill to die on. THis will all be forgotten in a week when snowflakes decide to be mad about problem #83,000,019, 945
Changing it to killing it once a day would be nice instead of weekly.
That would be amazing.
