SoD has sparked my interest but with a latency of 110-120 on the PVE server it’s just not going to happen.
I had to drop Diablo 4 as well for the same reason.

East Coast, DC area somewhat, 35 ms average on Living Flame PvP server.

Check your with your ISP.
I’m on EST as well, and was getting 65 on Wild Growth, which is listed as MST. Better than West Coast, at least.
I usually only get 51 ms on retail, so 65 isn’t that big of a jump. The servers are laggy anyway at the moment due to how crowded they are. The spikes are coming from crowded areas, not latency. Even on 100 latency, it’ll probably be a bearable experience once things settle down a bit.
