Just leveled doing dungeons from 10-70, now I’m like 90 ilvl short to even be able to que for TWW dungeons. All of the crafted greens on the AH are like 5K+ gold per. No idea what to do at this point.
Go through the starting quests or hop into a delve and get a few pieces of gear to replace the slots that fell behind.

Do a few quests, and it will all be replaced in a short time. You can also go in and do T1-3 delves.
Buy 320/357 pieces from AH, they’re not that expensive, then combine with world quests which will give you like 400+ ilvl each one.
Lvl 71 you can get a neck and ring made via public order, malleable pendant and malleable band (518-528). They can be recrafted too as you level to 80.
You can probably get away with not paying much on a public order, as not epic gear.

Doing the Emerald whatever activity in whatever zone it’s in for the week in Dragon Isles, you can easily farm currency to purchase 450 ish gear except for trinkets
I do this on all my alts, it makes questing a bit easier and the gear stays with you pretty much for about 5 levels.
Dreamsurge coalescence is the currency I think
For the Dreamsurge event, do the fire portal activity and kill all empowered rares, farm the floating motes and they drop off enemies and gathering nodes I think
