Easiest Healer with the least amount of keybinds

So I am wanting to try out my hand in healing. I am not very good at using key binds, so the least amount of key binds the better. I hate not seeing what i’m casting and having to remember what i put as shift click etc. I always feel i’m going to use the wrong key bind and kill the group… with that being said, what would be the easiest healer with least amount of buttons but has amazing heals.

Just go for flavor of the month and roll evoker or druid. You don’t want shaman with all their totems as well.

Edit: i think evoker has the least anyways. Havnt played mine since prepatch, but it was pretty slim compared to resto shaman

Your problem will be solved by leveling a new character and taking your time to level it.

Then when you get to max level, keep playing it until it becomes muscle memory, it’s ok if you screw up in the beginning.

Pick talents that are passives until youre ready to change it up.

Also, prolly play resto Druid or evoker lol.

Definitely not resto shaman, especially since they’re in the dumpster right now too.

Mistweaver isn’t terrible on buttons but I’m pretty sure you have to play fistweaving to be anything meaningful and thats not for everyone.

Ty all for the input, going to try the druid and take my time so like duckyou stated, it will eventually become muscle memory

Druid has more keybinds than anyone. They are very powerful but definitely the most difficult and complex healer.

One of the priests would likely be the best bet.

All the healers have too many keybinds and are too complex except evoker. They wanted the new class to be popular so they made preservation the strongest and the easiest healer. I definitely recommend it if you want to get into healing.

Least amount of keybinds: Evoker

Most keybinds: probably Priest, although Druid has more if you count each form.

Easiest healer: Holy Priest, despite all the keybinds.

It doesn’t have a ton but the way each spell intract with each other is pretty intricate. Just Echo and Stasis allow you to be pretty creative. Also Living Flames acts as both Lightning Bolt and Healing wave.

In a way its closer to Rsham than you think as its also a spec relying heavily on rotating cooldowns optimally. Evoker is basically the middle ground between Rsham and Rdruid.

Either way, i’d reccomend Holy Priest or Rdruid as a starter healer. They have the most straightforward versions of the 2 healing styles (throughput and hots, respectively).

Evoker feels like an easier healer with good panic buttons.

holy priest just use prayer of mending off CD ez

Only true if you start factoring catweaving, which isn’t something a beginner healer has to worry about for a long while.

Its like people saying “omg sham is complicated it has so many totems” when most of them are either super situational or completely fire and forget.

Evoker has everything but range. Shaman miggt be good next week, but isn’t a faceroll healer.

It has no on demand burst single target healing, no freedom effect, no purge, no disease dispel, no immunity of any kind, no hard CC.

Not going to pretend its bad but people pretending its the perfect all rounder are being disingenuous.

Next patch is def making me considering picking up my Rsham again.

I’d consider stasis an immunity, personally. Though I’d have to more familiarize myself with evoker healers before I could really argue the rest.

Shaman’s my most experienced healer, but it ain’t a fun time right now, especially in shuffle.

DO you all suggest healbot or vuhdu?

Easiest toss up druid evoker probably druid most of all its mostly keeping rolling hots up spec to double stack hots.
Healbot sets spell bars for you targets last I gave healing ago turned healing into point and click.

It doesn’t function like an immunity at all, i think you’re confusing a PvP talent with Stasis.

Stasis is what allows you to store and hold 3 spells for a minute to release them later.

It does if you use Intant Emerald blossom its a 50k direct heal no crit that also heal 3/4 other player.

Yeah but thats the case for most healer

You do but only once a minute. Which is better than some other healer.

You dont but you can heal of 1005 of the dmg taken every 1min which is kinda a good immunity even tough it doesnt protect you from a 300k dmg 1shot.

Thats is true.

What F mm up most of the time is the 30yard. I really have a hard time with it. Also i got like 46yard on my druid so
