I’ve done 8+ delves on 5 specs, 11s on two specs, but I bet a lot of you have even way more experience.
So far, ignoring boss delves (yes, I have my “let me solo him” for Zekvir), what are the specs that are easiest or hardest for you.
For me it’s been:
Easiest:
1 - WW monk
2 - Feral Druid = Fury Warrior
3 - MM Hunter = Survival Hunter (Survival feels like probably a skill issue on my part)
4 - Havoc DH
: Hardest

Yeah, agreed with tanks being ez mode. Got my first “immortal” or whatever it’s called on an under geared Vengeance DH. that’s why I’m interested in DPS specs in this case.

Ele Shaman was extremely strong in S1 with rockyboi too
I thought MM hunter, arms warrior, frost mage, frost dk were all easy and I would give arcane mage maybe medium (but probably easy in the hands of better players)
I only tried these 5 but let me know in a week or so and I can update this
Demo warlock feels pretty easy, but that isn’t part of your list.
Grizzle - Thanks! Interesting to see UH on the harder end. I’d have thought UH have tools for lots of situations. In your opinion is it one of the harder specs simply because the spec is complex, or is it something specific to delves?
Oh no, this was just my list of “easy”.
While enhancement had the same tools as elemental, being melee with weaker heals made it kind of sloppy to play.
Balance druid had a lot of tools but felt slower than Feral as well. FDKs lack of healing options bites ya when you get in over your head.

@Bloodyripper - Demo is a DPS spec, fits into the question just fine (even if your demon is a tank)!
Doing delves tonight was extremely difficult on my enhance shaman…I finally had to give up. (Not every delve, but of the two that were left bountiful today–fungal folly was impossible.)
The shammy is undergeared but has a hidden trove map. Gonna have to wait for better gear to use it.
Shadow priest is really easy.
Enhance shaman for some reason takes absurd amounts of melee damage from stuff.
Warlock I’m doing t11 delves at 630 ilevel even though it says like 656+ or something. Blueberry tanks, bran heals, I dot and run around.
You doing this as affliction, demo, or destro?
affliction, destro works too put it pulls too much aggro off of blueberry i did my tier 11 delve as affliction.
I only know Ret, for dps, and Ret feels incredibly well-built for these. A cleanse, couple self-immunities, great self-sustain, good off-healing for bran, good (or better) burst.
Demo Lock is very easy.
in my view the easiest dps spec to delve with has to be Retribution Paladin, doesn’t it? I mostly heal on Holy Paladin, so Ret is the dps spec I’m most familiar with, but it feels like they have all the tools you could ever need for solo survivability.
Yeah, and throw in a taunt, too, if you ever need to repo a mob that brann is tanking. or through blessing of sacrifice on brann and weave in your bubble to help manage big hits.
Lotta really cool things
I haven’t had any particular issue just killing everything before tank brann dies in any of the 11s I’ve done, like even if brann goes down you just use some defensives and kite the mobs/boss around for a bit until he gets back up at full health so it feels like the only really “hard” specs would be stuff like boomkin or spriest who don’t get to have good interrupts and have to suffer through mechanics everyone else avoids.
