Gladiator LosSA might be good for learning spells that you are dealing with. The downfall, is that it says the spellas it is being cast. With Omnibar, you can see which CDs are up before they are used. This way, you know when to force an opponent to pop a CD.
Frost Dk is just as easy imo. If not easier.
The only thing that ever made that spec hard was Icy touch glyph for offensive dispells
