Earthquake in pugs

Nerfing ele because high tier M+ players stack 80 mobs in 3 square feet screws every player out there that doesn’t play in high keys or coordinated groups. Literally every pull in my keys (12) are:

  1. Not remotely stacked
  2. The tank arbitrarily moves resulting in 100% dps loss for any earthquakes placed

The level of reliance on other players in M+ especially starting at 12 is unimaginable. I often die to DoT / party wide effects (usually with a defensive running), have enormous damage losses due to tank play, and am simultaneously expected to top the interrupt charts and use every totem in my kit.

Just wild Blizzard.

Maybe they could frontload EQ damage or make it do the damage much faster.

Yeah I guess. I just played with two 630 rets and I literally couldn’t get anything off in AoE in a 12. It’s honestly ridiculous.

I mean one thing you could do is ask them (nicely ) to try to not move so much becuase it kills your dps, and explain the nuances and strengths /weaknesses of elemental shaman.

I hear you it def sucks. Try dropping EoGs n pugs for something else, makes bad EQ placement less punishing (although it still
Sucks) I think you will like it better. You can also play EQ @cursor to try and lead kited mobs into your quakes, or play short cap totem to keep them in the quakes during your damage windows (although this is super troll to do in an real key, it is something)
