Earthern unlock problems

i got early access, i did all the campaign thats up so far. explored etc. all i have to do is to mourning rise, but it wont pop. i did every quest in dorn, every campaign quest, did the before i depart etc.

we cant unlock earthern until the expac goes live or what? lol what am i missing

Yes I think so, early access is limited.

Theyre not available in early access.
Its unclear if they will be available at full release or if there will be further gating.
