Earthen Racial: Restore Health & Mana Out of Combat

According to the character creation screen, the Earthen have a racial that restores health and mana out of combat. 2 questions:

  1. Any reason this WoWhead page wouldn’t identify that racial?
  1. Is this regen even remotely noticeable? Is it, for example on par with Second Wind?

I believe it was literally just added in a patch yesterday or the day before.
It’s essentially a replacement for eating and drinking for out of combat healing as you can’t just eat regular food. Only Mage Food and Gems.

That WoWhead article was prior to the racial being added; Quiet Contemplation was added in the Sept 10 hotfixes.

The regen is good, no complaints.

It was an addition only a few days ago due to them not really having a reasonably easy way to access food and drink for mana and hp regen, as such, you can reasonably assume the regen would be equivelant to that of similar level food/drink
