I was going to try playing a earthen monk but after looking at there racial abilities apparently they cant eat or drink…
I wanted to main a brewmaster for pve and fistweaver for pvp.
How am i suppose to stagger when i cant get tipsy drunk? Am i just going to a sober brewmaster?
The same way a death knight eats and drinks. By lore they don’t eat, nor have the ability to be tipsy as their bodies are dead.
But they’re drunk anyways in game.

Race class stopped mattering when they opened up class restrictions. There’s Tauren rogues now.
from what I’ve been reading on here, all classes are going to be eventually made for every race. doesn’t matter anymore.
I google image searched this and one of the top results is a glass pipe shaped like a murloc. That’s definitely a non-use display piece like my glizzy bowl
These Earthen have been cut off from the world for thousands of years, yet somehow got raised by the Lich King into Death Knights… but Monk is the problem?
Just like when you’re drunk irl, you don’t feel the pain just dealt to you until you’re sober.
Id like to think of it as the same as someone smoking cigs, you just do it because you want to.
But remember we have to play through their story before we can make one. I’m sure some earthen will die during that. Pretend they got raised.
Then again, it is established in the story that they don’t really die in the traditional sense. They shut down. The monuments in their cemetery are the actual people.

This argument never made sense to me. Tauren rogues are nowhere near as immersion breaking as standing literally 2 feet in front of a guy as a rogue and they can’t see me. Rogues clearly use magic for stealth, and any race can be dexterous, Tauren especially are know for being calm and patient, so Tauren rogues make as much sense as any other race.
The same way I do: You have your own head canon as to how your monk gets those effects. Someone suggested rocks. My monk drinks tea.
In game this is true, now lets put a 10 foot 400 lb. Tauren two feet from you hiding. Makes it 10x more better right?
Whether its a 10 foot cow or 3 foot fox 2 feet in front of me I can’t see makes no difference to me.
