I know it’s a stretch, but I am hoping for Earthen to have access to the druid class. I think there are so many cool ways that they could make the druid forms. We could have rock/earth-themed bears, cats, etc.
Thoughts?

It’d be pretty hilarious if these random rock dwarves from some godsforsaken island get druids and Wildhammer druids still never get made canon.

I remember seeing something in one of the follow up announcements of the expansion that went into more detail that their class choices were everything but Demon Hunter, Evoker, and Druid.

I’d be happier if these were their only options.
This would be the perfect time to implement them.
With Blizz’ mission to open up all/most race/class restrictions it would be silly to launch a new race without Druids just to implement them later down the road.

They said in summer 2022 that they’ll be rolling out all class/race combos (possibly except for Evokers) over time.
Seriously their statement needs to be stickied here on GD lol
That unfortunately is looking like what will happen. The panel at BlizzCon showed them having all classes except Demon Hunter, Evoker, and Druid.

Issue being the forms for the new races. This reason alone will be why druids will be one of the last to go all/all
Do they have a Wild God/Loa or connection to the Emerald Dream?
Death Knights are what boggles my mind.
I guess you can just RP as an Earthen from Northrend? 
It’s the only way it would make sense to me in the story.

I’m sure someone already posted this but anyway… the classes aren’t up in the air or secret for earthen they already announced them . Every class EXCEPT demon hunter, Druid or evoker can be earthen.
I’m well aware of that. I didn’t say anything about pushing out Druids to other races except the new one.
If they’re already working on the race, just work on the Druid forums for it at the same time like they did with the release of the Kul Tirans and Zandalari.
It doesn’t make any sense to release a new race and then update the classes down the line. Do the work and produce a finished product.
I still wish Dwarves 3.0 would be a customization option. 
It does. As it would require more work on those races in the present time. Kul Tirans and ZTrolls were rolled out with Druids already being current for them
With them slowly going one at a time, it doesnt matter which one gets worked on. Time dedicated now is the same amount of time dedicated later. And theres other choices that would make more sense
I’d throw money at blizz for a race change so fast if they implemented dwarven druids.

Right. That’s what I’m saying. Release the Earthen with Druids already attached to the race, just like they did with the BFA races.
There’s no point in introducing Earthen without Druids just to then add Druids to the race in a year from now. Know what I mean? Just release them with all available classes up front since that’s the direction Blizz are going with the race/class restriction lifting.
Put in a bit of extra work up front to finish the Earthen race for release rather than ship them 90% complete with a note saying “to be completed at a later date”. And have us just sit around hoping they get to it.
