Female Murlocs don’t have beards and they typically adopt traditional nuclear family roles. They were never an option.

Earthen are easy, it’s just another Dwarf reskin. If we get Harronir they are just a Troll reskin (even though they do look awesome). Giving us other races means making a new rig and that takes time that they clearly are not willing to spend.
I would 100% make and play an Arakkoa.
