Earthen Allied race Quest HUGE Let down!

This questline is the most aggrivating quest line and it should be one of the more focused on quests. Hear me out! I’ll point form the issues/design of the quest line. This really angered me and was a huge slap in the face.

  • Quest unlocks after unlocking world quests i believe. (First toon to complete story unlock)
  • Does not show that the quest is for Earthen Race in your book. EVERY other allied race does.
    -If you start this quest line on alts that have NOT completed the ringing deeps story… Which I happened to do. Then you cannot proceed. No information tells you what to do to pick up Sedation quest line. Like what the heck? You know how much confusion this caused me?
  • After scouring forums I found out you need to complete the ringing deeps so I logged onto main and completed all the quest line up to it and sure enough now it shows up… Do not make the quest for Earthen Allied race show up unless you have completed ringing deeps story. I mean come on!

In summary you have to do the Earthen Allied race on your MAIN that completed the story zone quests. Do not attempt this quest on your ALTS that leveled through adventure mode or dungeons…

Earthen unlock September 3rd, There is a blue post somewhere saying that.

It is not about that. It is about the quest design not being intuitive or smooth.

I have been doing quests in Dorn that say they are part of the Earthern quest-line. Am I misreading what it is saying?

Last one was the dude who lost his mind and wanted to go swimming with a lantern.

No that’s right, no idea what OP is on about, other than I think the Unlock questline and the endgame campaign are two separate things.

Nope. First one unlocks as soon as you start Isle of Dorn. They can all be completed well before the campaign end. (I did this personally)

Yeah, this one is an issue. Luckily when you grab the quest, it tells you its Earthen Allied Race. Just got to remember that quest

Was unaware of this. By default I do everything on my main.

I’m not sure what you’re referring to here. I did all three of the non-MSQlines on an alt who didn’t do any of the MSQ’s.

You can do them while leveling your first toon… nothing to do with unlocking world quest. 2 questlines are on isle of dorn 3rd is in the ringing deeps. Then it requires the full msq and max level campaign. Really not hard
