So I’ve just completed the main campaign quest line and the side quests to unlock the earthen but when I go to the embassy there isn’t any diplomat there to unlock the race. Is there something I missed? Three side quests and the storyline. Do I need to be level 80 as well?
You need to be 80 and finish the max level campaign
So…another campaign quest chain that starts at 80?
Yeah and you need all your renown at rank 4
Literally Look up your achievement called Allied Races: Earthen
The parts you have NOT done will be grayed out.
The War Within Campaign includes 5 POST 80 chapters. To finish Chapter 5 you must be Renown 4 with the Factions

OPs answer is in my comment above yours. The OP is NOT 80. OP cant have even start the final 5 chapters of the campaign. They do not Unlock till 80

Yeah, was under the understanding that it was the main campaign missions and not a second set that opens at 80. Oh wel, ain’t nothing to it but to do it. Thanks for all the info.

my questline somehow got screwed up…isnt showing a quest I havent done that should be there now.
I dont want the earthen bad enough to get annoyed by it. lol
So that’s a no to my question. Sweet. OP fix that, and they should unlock.

I had this same issue. There is a quest that is hard to find and hidden. It is a poster on a wall near northern section of Droganal city. It wont be marked on your map. It is the final part of merrix and steelvein achievement.
