Earth Encrusted Gem doesn't seem to exist

At hitting Renown four it says you can go to Auditor Balwurz and talk to him to receive an Earth Encrusted Gem. When interacting he offers nothing and has no gem in his vendor items either. There are no dialogue options, so it appears this reward isn’t being given at all.

Exactly the same is happening to me. Also the level 5 renown Pouch of Resonance Crystal isn’t offered to me as well.

Council of Dornogal not giving rewards

Not receiving renown rewards for any of the ranks where it says “Speak to Auditor Balwurz to receive” No I’m not talking about the ones where you purchase items. The rewards that are suppose to be given. Is this because of early access or a bug?

Just to add to some of the other comments from the other thread, it does appear that for some reason (and without alerting players) Blizzard locked the renown rewards entirely behind level 80. Once you get level 80, you can go back and all the quests spawn at once.

This seems a hell of a questionable decision, considering you get the renown as you go. But. Here we are. lol

I did get my first Earth-Encrusted Gem from him, but he’s refusing to give me the one for Renown 8.

I don’t remember getting any from him, and I’m definitely got getting one for Renown 8 sadly.

Yeah I didn’t get EE Gem at renown 8 for Council of Dornogal.

I did not receive my Renown 8 Earth-Encrusted Gem, but I got the other rewards.

I got renown 11 with council of dornogal and did not receive the 15 crests that i was supposed to either, same happened with the severed threads when i reached 12.

Just encountered this bug at renown 8. I got the resonance crystal reward but he did not offer the Earth-crusted gem reward.
