Hello. I am trying to unlock Void Elf and Lightforged Draenei, however I am stuck about how to earn reputation with the all faction recquired.
My char is level 49 (Kul Tiran Druid) and I believe I did everything the game asked previesly.
I have no idea how to earn the reputation and I couldn’t find an updated video in Youtube about it and I couldn’t find on WoWhead an updated explanation about it too.
I really appreciate anyone who can help me.

I was reading your link and I found this:
To unlock Assault on Broken Shore your character needs to hit level 45 then head to the Violet Citadel in Dalaran and complete the quest: Uniting the Isles offered by Archmage Khadgar. Then head to Krasus’ Landing and complete Armies of Legionfall. Since the completion of the Broken Shore scenario is Account-wide you need only one character on your account to complete it, then the rest of your characters can skip it by choosing Khadgar’s gossip option: “I’ve heard this tale before…”.
I dont have any char in any servers on my account who had reputation on Legion.

OP, you earn rep with the factions by questing or killing the final boss in dungeons in their zones.
Source: I just unlocked them yesterday.

you needed to be Exalted with Army of the Light is required to unlock the Lightforged Draenei

After the latest reply, it’s entirely possible I already had the rep quest unlocked on an older character and you might actually need the rep if you are brand new. I was not aware and I just went in there on this (my new main) and unlocked the new races. My apologies.

Ah, well hopefully it’s pretty quick to get friendly with the main reps. Been a while since doing legion for me!

Highest required rep is friendly now.

I think mostly Revered, but there may have been a few Exalted reputations required. They got rid of the reputation requirements sometime in Shadowlands.

It is. I’m incredibly slow and it took me ~1 hour for all of them except Stormheim. For some reason I couldn’t find the starting quest there so I just spammed the dungeon there for the 250 rep from killing the end boss.
