Early Feedback on Venthyr Mount

One of the key features of the covenants, as we have been told so far, is the covenant mount which we can unlock additional armor and skins for.

The Venthyr mount in particular, which I’m strongly suspecting is the ‘warg’ because it has armored forms seems a bit off. It looks just like a reskinned bear/druid form.

I’m generally happy with what I suspect are the other covenant mounts but this warg to me looks too thick. The other denizens of Revendreth are all gaunt and vampiric looking, why are their wargs such big boys?

Those wargs look like they tried to make an in-game version of The Hobbit wargs, and came up way short. Reskinned bear is definitely fitting, and very disappointing.

And not particularly enticing to try and grind for extra appearances, which is supposed to be a carrot of some sort. It could be a lot better with a more hound-like appearance.

Those darker death mounts look really badass!

The mount is a gargoyle without wings.

The more darker and creepy mounts the better imo, those are the kind of mounts I like! And wolves of course :stuck_out_tongue:

Those ‘Death Wargs’ are trash. Everything else looks amazing and I’m loving the variety.

Seems to me like it had more than just wings with the pizza.

I’m also underwhelmed by the warg mount, but I’m far more disappointed that they managed to get even more horse mounts in the game.

yikes, hopefully they change that. Not appealing at all.

All horses go to… the Shadowlands, evidently!

It looks like they jammed Alec Baldwin’s face on a bear and made it goth.
