Clearly I’m doing something wrong, but I can’t figure out what.

I play a PC on the Dragon Isles. I’m level 80 (thanks to Dungeons), but only have 52 in Herbalism and 16 in Alchemy. I am playing a Druid.

I cannot get the quest for Dragon Alchemical Solutions. I’m at the right place, and am talking to the right person, but no quest is available.

What am I doing incorrectly?

They aren’t purchased or rewarded from a quest.

One of your alchemy skills should be Reclaim Concoctions. That breaks down the phials or potions you select in the menu into Alchemical Solutions.
