Kinda lost hope reading trade chat. People are absolutely clueless about what this will lead to. You cannot let the suits get away with these things, but they’ll thank them for giving them a chance to pay more. It’s so over. Like what Thor said about store mounts, this is gaming in 2024. Predatory practices will run rampant because people will buy into them. Won’t surprise me if next expac is 1 week early access for $120, just to see if they can get away with it. And if the loss of players isn’t big enough, that will become the new norm.
