Hi Blizzard Support,

I’ve been running into an issue while playing World of Warcraft and wanted to report it here in case others are having the same problem—or if there’s a fix.

Recently, the game has either crashed or disconnected me, and each time I get the following error code:

E5D3CFF3-9AB5-4F4D-88AB-939BF7A16400

This happens during any gameplay. It feels random.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Restarted my PC and router
  • Scanned and repaired WoW in the Battle.net app
  • Updated my graphics drivers

My System Info (if helpful):

  • Operating System: [e.g., Windows 10 64-bit]
  • Graphics Card: [e.g., NVIDIA RTX 3070]
  • RAM: [e.g., 16 GB]
  • Connection: [e.g., Wired Ethernet]

Any help figuring this out would be greatly appreciated! If more logs or files are needed, I’m happy to provide them.

The code is not really usable for a player to player discussion forum, a dxdiag might be needed, so I’m linking a different thread from yesterday with instruction.

I believe the code to be specific, and likely unique, so not really comparable to others.
