E Missing crypt key dialog box on starting game

I get this in a window when I start Wow. I have the option to reload the interface.

Wanted to reply in hopes this gets a reply. Exact same thing happening to my fiance. He got d/ced when in Nazjater (sp?) in a cave. He can’t get back in on that character. The others hes tried are fine. Also, now the addon button is gone from WOW all together. It’s not on the character selection screen, nor any of the menu options when logged in.

From a post on the EU forums, it seems to be an issue with the store. Specifically people are reporting it if you have any characters transmogged with shop items. One of my toons has the set from buying Shadowlands and I’m getting the error too. From the thread there it’s been passed on to the devs.
