I wish Warcraft logs would just remove that stupid thing from the data. I’ll never be a 99 parser bc I don’t use dynamite. Hate that gimmick.
Also cool I don’t care if you are a casual soy noob and don’t care about raid logs and are having a mental break down over this post. It’s still fun for some of the chads to push
if you’re such a chad then take up engineering and parse

these two statements are contradictory

So if a Paladin does more dmg than me with dynamite but I’m dpsing way more without dynamite he’s the better player? This is the problem with dynamite to begin with it’s just too extra and makes noobs think they’re good
I’m not saying that.
What i am saying is if there is a path available to you to do even more damage and you’re not taking it then you’re not a chad and you’re not really pushing.

If you care about parsing and arent engi then I have literally no way to help you.
it will always be the bis profession for pvp and pve. Live with the 98s or swap to engi.

First off, all this whole post is comical.
Secondly parsing is a meme. If we both have 25% crit, and you crit more than me then you will get more exorcisms. More exo resets = more damage but that alone is entirely out of my control. It’s doesn’t mean you have more skill than me it’s just all random chance.
Tldr: Parsing is a meme, “parsers” are a joke and please touch grass

It doesn’t mean he’s a better player. It just means he did more damage, which is what the parse % indicates.
Just use EZ throw 2 man, same damage as solid dynamite.
Just wait until you see the parsers (read: myself) using Oils of Immolation.

It’s a bit of fun. And if you pug a lot it’s good to have decent logs.

this is a 99.9 parse with no engineering, dynamites mean nothing really, i even switched to the adds like a good little brown

They’re not useless. The logs are great for measuring class/spec performance across the game. They’re cringe when it comes to “OH DUDE I GOT A 99 IM A GOD!!” because they got 40% more crits than the next person.
The difference between a rogue hitting 60’s and a rogue hitting 80’s could literally be just having a feral druid in the group.

Thanks for proving his point?
Dude did less dmg cuz no druid
“Lmao gren pars loZer”
Such small minds these days.
Sounds like a you problem.
Yes, Einstein. I literally DID agree with his post.
Small minds, ironic eh?
Yes. He brings more worth to the raid and provides an easier time clearing.
agreed, sometimes going for that 99 makes you a liability to the group because you’re not kicking or dispelling or ignoring some other mechanic to zug
Or he isn’t assigned to kicking, or still kicks regardless. I’ve got plenty of 99s despite being the primary kicker on bosses.
It’s all about optimizing your gameplay, which a lot of people enjoy doing. Parsing involves a lot of understanding of the game, and just isn’t for everyone.
Some of us want to prove we’re better at our class, not at our professions.
