Dynamic player health nameplates for healing

Hello, I am posting on here to ask the community if they know whether we can change the default Blizzard in-game ally nameplates to display different colors based on remaining health. It would be very useful for healing, such as with ground target heals like Holy Word: Sanctify, since it is more difficult to spot low health allies when many allies are strewn about. Spotting a red health bar rather than a green one would be much easier than spotting a bar that is shorter than the others.

Addons cannot accomplish this as Blizzard disallows us from using them in dungeons/raids. There is nothing in the interface menu to allow this, but I know that a TON of interface options were removed from it and made available by typing in a code in chat. (ie: to display all enemy debuffs you type in
“/console noBuffDebuffFilterOnTarget 1”, or to remove class colors from friendly nameplate health bars you type “/console ShowClassColorInFriendlyNameplate 0”)

I tried putting in a ticket but they said they aren’t ‘allowed’ to help us with interface modification. Told me to come here to ‘ask the community’. So here I am doing so. Anyone have any ideas?

The addon Advanced Interface Options has a cVar broswer which you can use to see if there are any hidden settings. That having been said, I don’t think there’s anything available to color friendly nameplates by health amount.
