Remember being able to steer right while panning left with the camera, holding down the Q and E keys? That’s missing in Dynamic flight. Please add this at some point. Right now, you can only look in the direction you’re flying. The only way to do this now is to simply glide, then pan the camera with the mouse. Let us have strafing, like Static Flight. It’s one of the things I genuinely miss. It’s not a must-have, or a make-or-break thing, just something I’d like to see.

Birds typically “bank” more than strafe but during high winds they can get a bit of a sideways flight going on.

You know what we need more than strafing? Being able to do a loop!
I miss being able to hold down the insert button or whatever and doing the up or down arrow and doing loops. Heck, just give us a loop button like we have the other ones so we can do one big loop once and awhile. Please and thank you!

A sideways dash would be cool and fit dragonriding well
All of you clowns quoting the humming bird. That’s akin to a helicopter more than a plane and sure it’s a type of flying… but I don’t see any of our flying mounts doing that type of flying.
Unless you go into air swimming mode.

You’re asking for the ability to list lazily to the left? I don’t know if that kind of maneuver works well with dra—skyriding.
Would it? I’ve seen many a hawk break suddenly sideways and then dive down.
Also: it is a fantasy game. This ain’t real life. Or my drake would’ve been flattened in a bloody pancake from me hitting the ground at max speed.
Give me hover and the ability to just fly straight without needing to constantly spam buttons too, or just drastically increase the speed of old flying by several hundred percent.

I don’t know about Q or E working while flying but I do know W makes me fly faster.
You have that. It’s called static flying.
