at what lvl can you use dynamic flight in the old world zones?
Level 60 is about the level your first character should’ve learned it, so it’ll be the same for all the rest too.

they also removed the pathfinder requirements from shadowlands and bfa to use dynamic flight

I was trying on some lower lvl toons and wondered if there was a option to toggle or if it was a matter of lvl as below 60 I wasnt getting the DR icon on the mini map used to assign the glyph points, TY
what was confusing to me was that you can USE DR mounts as old school mounts but dynamic wasn’t available
