EDIT. Nightlynx convinced me that respawning at the dungeon entrence and removing corpse walking back to a raid would devalue Night Elf Wisps and Shaman Reincarnation.
OUTSIDE of the instance. And often times the graveyard is like on the whole other side of the zone from where the instance was.
The Burning Steppes is the most infamous example. You die in Blackrock Mountain which is to the west end of the zone, you respawn in a graveyard at the eastern end.
Wiping in any of the Blackrock Mountain instances sounds like a nightmare. And I know you guys don’t want checkpoints or respawning back at the raid entrence at least. You want wiping to feel dire. But this does not sound like a fun and fair type of dire. Its just unfairly punishing.

It honestly wasn’t that bad. Everyone wiped a fair amount on bosses in MC and BWL. The ghost run back never felt particularly bad. It was also an incentive to hurry up and get back to the instance before respawns started happening. I never really felt like it was unfair or punishing. Imagine games like old UO… if you died people could loot your corpse, and if you took too long retrieving your body then your items would decay with it.
Running back is hardly an issue…

I played the Kronos Server. and I didn’t like it then.
Just the way we like it in Classic. Real consequences to death that make you think twice before pulling and genuinely care about you and your groupmates’ performance. Perfect, can’t wait for Classic.

I did played Vanilla WOW back in the day. Just not as invested in it as I am now because I had not had a computer of my own.
There should be a penalty for losing, and it should be harsh.

So what’s the problem? It wasn’t a big deal and if it was “punishing” why did you continue to punish yourself in a pserver?

For what a week?
This is an unnecessary change and a waste of the devs’ time. If running back annoys you then Classic won’t be for you.
I always found it a fun race to see whom could make it back faster during raid wipes.

I was a hunter so I rarely wiped. I used to count how many times in a row my jumper cables would work when off cooldown. I’ve gotten to 3 before, then the next week they failed 
Because I am not a blind, no changes grognard and would like some changes to make it better that does not fully compromise Vanilla.
Like have looting from corpses be done at once instead of looting corpses one at a time.
You’re the reason why BFA is how it is today.
