DX12 Flickering certain graphical elements with GTX 1060 6gb

yes others says its the notoriously bad wow coding that’s the issue, shame cuz it looks so much more polished in dx12 especially in 4k

Here is the blue post on the tech support forums about it:

Using the older patch 457.51 also will fix it.

looks like there’s a jan 7th update 461.09 lets see if this fixes anything but doubt it

I’ve also had a lot of this going on although it has become noticeably less in the passed couple of days since the most recent update from g-force.

but can you still use dx12 polished graphics?

Funny, i just installed it right now, and i don’t see any flickering so far.

Yes, 457.51 isn’t that old of a driver.

yes the jan 7th updated seem to fix it but well see, let me goto bastion real quick thats where the most flickering happened

I tried those new drivers and the flickering returned the following day…I had to revert back too Direct X11 Legacy to stop it…

I just revert back too 457.51 drivers and using direct X12 and no flickering so far…I’ll stick to 457.51 till these two companies get this figured out.

461.09 still has the flickering problem. Noticed it today in Bastion.

I rolled back my video card drivers and I’m fine until Nvidia and Blizz can fix the issue. There’s a main thread about this on the Bug Reports forum. Let me go find it.

Do you guys notice lower fps with the slightly older drivers?

Also anyone getting black screen during loading screens with ‘Enable settings for the selected display model’ gsync nvidia control panel option enabled with freesync monitor? Any fix?

Also2: disabled Max foreground/background/target fps better for fps essentially ‘unlocked’ fps? Or should I enable it and put it at max 200fps?

Not on my system I don’t.
