I am curious what theme they will go with for Dwarven Druids. They could go with rocky Earthen-like forms. Or they could make them Wildhammer themed and have all their forms be themed around Griffons and Alkes (wingless griffons).
It’s probably safe to say that the new druid forms will be from models already in the game and not something they have to create from scratch.

Based on how they’re handling Warlocks, I have to agree with this. That does still leave some options, like the new Elementalist Furbolgs that are all rocky for a bear form. But I wouldn’t get any hopes up for “new” forms.
I imagine dwarven guardian form as a beer keg with four legs and a beard.

So sayeth I, Golavar:
Cat form will be a white cat instead of a purple one
Bear Form will be a white bear instead of a purple one
Travel form will be the same as all druids use, the stag looking one
Flight Form will be the same bird as Night Elves
Boomkin will just be the same as the night elf one but maybe brown.

Well, there’s the owlcat (hidden feral form) from Legion, so they could reskin that in gryphon colors for the cat form, although one of the existing colorways is already pretty close. I expect the bear form will use the new icy polar bear model. Flight form is a mountable gryphon. Eagle-themed Moonkin form.
I think that to make it thematic to dwarves, they’d make it a mountain goat like the ones that live in the area.

I would honestly play a Dwarf Druid.
Cat: Just a very hairy lion kinda thing
Bear: Grizzly
Travel: Ram
Flight: Eagle
Aqua: Crocolisk
and for Dark Irons
Cat: Lava Hound (the maned ones)
Bear: Molten Core Rock but bearshaped
Travel: 1headed Core Hound
Flight: Vulture or Condor
Aqua: Basilisk maybe?

We are possibly going to the Emerald Dream this expansion. Could be a good time to introduce future Druid forms for the other races as npcs and creatures living in the dream. Including Alkes, maybe even some Alke mounts.
Thematic dwarven druid forms is an oxymoron. They’ll Just re-use forms from other options.
Are they letting us xmog the Brewfest steins as weapons yet? I really want my DI Paladin cracking skulls with his ale.
“Based on warlock” what do you mean? There isn’t any difference between warlocks from different race. If when paladin/druid and even shaman get released to all races, I do hope they’re all different from one another as they have been from previous races.
But a blood elf warlock felguard is the exact same as a goblin warlock felguard.
if they make druid dwarf an option and don’t make it a big ol’ goat, then the assignment was failed throughout.
