Who has an advantage in 1v1 pvp situation?
Probably undead since Psychic Scream will be nullified one time on him. It’s even otherwise. The better player wins.

I disagree, stoneform takes off 2 dots, and the insta heal refunds 40% health.
It takes off physical dots and diseases, so it would only affect Devouring Plague. Which any priest can and should be prepared to dispel, anyway. Plague also returns health to the caster.

This is how I see it, stoneform cancels out DP and it makes it so dwarves take 10% less damage. so in that regard dwarf 1 undead 0. Next, canceling fear gives undead a nice advantage but what good is that if desperate prayer refunds 40% health. I feel dwarf has a slight advantage.
Personally I think undead looks cool.
Dwarf Priest has fear ward every 30 seconds and divine prayer and stone form easy Dwarf win.

It’s 10% armor so… not very helpful here. I don’t see dwarf having a clear advantage, but neither race has a racial so impactful that it will turn the tide. It’s nearly equal.
BUT if anything, undead WotF wins a straight up 1v1 fight. Abolish Disease and/or Cure Disease is just Stoneform on an extra GCD. Not a big deal.
You understand Dwarf fear ward is an immunity to fear every 30 seconds compared to undeads 2 min cd?
Fear on a priest is a 30 second cooldown 26 with talents, If you kite the undead you can never be feared as Dwarf.

Still, desperate prayer is op 10 min heal.
Purge it immediately? Neither priest should count on keeping their buffs in this duel. Unless one sucks.

DP is similar and won’t break you out of Shadowform. if you’re dropping form to heal, you’re probably not going to win…

You use fear ward as the undead priest comes in to fear you then you fear him before he dispells or you get your fear off first and kite.

why are you mad, we are just trying to figure out who is better 1v1. Seems to me undead have 2 and dwarf have 3 useful racials.

I suppose undead vs dwarf priest is equal.
But dwarf vs other classes and race combos is better due to stonefrom and desperate prayer.
