Be sure to peep the art that may be found via the role play addon. I’ve seen a couple of female dwarves that are bearded.

Quite a few people commission or draw their own art of their characters. I’ve seen a couple of female dwarfs with beards in that art. Pretty neat.
I have no art of my dwarfs and that doesn’t stop the whispers about their feet. What is it with people wanting to see dwarf feet?? In a way I kinda felt bad I’d not given much thought to that part of the character but … then I nope right out of that.
Good luck viewing the bearded ladies. I don’t know that Blizz will ever change that part of the avatar customization process. There was a big dust up in LotRO a while back about female dwarfs. There are no female dwarf avatars in character creation but some role play females using the male avatars - beard and all. Some wanted to change the character creation to allow female presenting avatars with and without beards. The role players and strict Tolkien lore types fought that off.
