Without Mudsprocket or the Witch Hill quest chain it really seems like not a lot happens here, which is odd given how important Theramore is to the game.
They already changed so much in classic (chronoboon displacer, black lotus spawns, pvp ranking system, hyperspawns) that it really wouldn’t matter much if they reintroduced those questlines. The post-30 leveling is pretty slow, mostly due to a lack of quests.

The Shady Rest Inn quest line and the Missing Diplomat line are pretty popular for folks.
If you are a mage or warlock you should be beating a regular path to Tabetha’s.
There’s other quests that route you back to this zone like Cortello’s Riddle and the fishing quest with Nat Pagle. I think there’s quite a bit to do. But I’m biased. I actually like Dustwallow and don’t miss the post-TBC add ins.

Tabetha is in a very unfortunate location. good thing at ~38 you can cut through the water.
If you get lost trying to find Tabetha you don’t deserve those nice things, mages or warlocks.
Dusteallow was one of those zones that was quite challenging due to the awkward level… everything about it is pretty remote for Alliance. It’s huge, the flight point is at an extreme part of the zone, and the terrain makes it dumb to navigate. By the time you get your pony, there are better places to quest.
