Hello,
I just got to this quest in Dustwallow Marsh.
As there were others around the quest giver i decided to create a group in order to complete it together.
As soon as I talked to the NPC i could accept the quest but there was no prompt for the others to start and they went without the quest.
On the same note, the quest is not shareable.
This was don on the German server Everlook … I would have posted in the EU forum but there is no Bug report category
