I’ve killed a 20+ Westfall Dust Devils, never seen Magic Dust drop. Empty loot window, no dust.
Are they bugged?

That sucks but come back when you’re 200 deep and have BoE Blues you found before the quest item drops.

I literally spent 3 hours killing Zhevra for my last two Hooves last week for a single quest. It’s just the nature of the game, keep your head up.
I remember farming these in vanilla. There were definitely a few times where I didn’t get the dust after killing those mobs for several hours, and there would be times where I’d get 8-10 dusts in an hour. Most of the time they will drop nothing. I’m confident the 50% drop rate that wowhead shows is complete bogus lol.
Anyway, killing 20 of these guys and not getting any dust was pretty normal. I haven’t farmed them in classic though so I can’t confirm whether they actually drop at all now or if there actually is a bug, but I’d recommend trying to farm some more and see what happens. You could also check the AH and see if there’s any dust on there. They don’t drop from many mobs so if there’s a good amount of dust on there, there’s a good chance they are dropping the dust still.
The drop rate is just really bad, if you are on Azuresong by chance I think I have a few laying around that I can give you.
They drop, its just more of a 5% drop rate as opposed to a 50, wow head must have added an extra zero.
