Have you considered doing a follower dungeon like Priory? Full clearing the adds on the first part gives you a bunch and doesn’t take a lot of time. Not sure what you mean here since I have noticed no particular change in the drop rate.
Absolutely this. Follower dungeon farming Priory is where it’s at. Easy 10 min farm, repeatable.
