During Kingsbane for Rogue, when do you use Shiv/Tea/Vanish?

I’ve seen different info and I am not sure which is best.

I’ve seen 8 seconds for shiv, 6 seconds thistle tea, and 3 seconds for vanish, but the WeakAura that I got has Shiv at 6 seconds, tea around 4, and vanish around 2.
