Just got it myself, once on the turtle boat from the pier, and then trying to log back in.

I got same thing, was in a guild mythic run and it crashed on first boss

Just delete your cache or rename the folder.

Same here… I thought there was something wrong on my end, but appears not.

Same crash for me too at the start of a BG. Delete cache didn’t solve it, still crashes.
Also scan & repair crashes towards the end, maybe related?

Now that you mention it, my scan and repair just vanished while scanning.

Got this twice.

Ran the repair tool and then opened the launcher as administrator. Problem hasn’t reoccurred. It is a file write permission error. It would seem running as admin is the fix for now,

I have the same problen. I cant fix the wow and i try everthing

I opened C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\ and deleted the Data folder, I can log in now after the blizz launcher re-initializing.

Uh no, it’s clearly a widespread issue that was causing a backlog for the login queue. This is for Blizz to fix, not us.

I had to restart my whole computer. It seemed to fix it. I have not had it happen again so far.
