You’re realistically getting closer to half of the team premade by queue syncing than all 8.
Put a quarter in the jar for abusing the term ‘literally’ in a situation where no one’s talking about losing. If you can’t participate without engaging in personal attacks, find another topic. If not, we’re talking about the advantage that pre-made groups (whether it’s a duo queue or sync’d queues) have over someone who’s strictly PUG’ing.
Oh, so lets just offer zero feedback because Blizzard might not ever do anything.
No one cares that the pugs don’t want to deal with duo queues are premades. They’re part of the game and no amount of crying is going to give you what you want.
what kind of stupid response even is this? Is your friend boosting you or something? Anyone who plays any hyper competitive game solo doesn’t want duo queue. It’s not a good system
Duo queue is problomatic if you are a healer who queues solo. You automatically put your team at a disadvantage.
The biggest problem I’ve encountered with this is that I’m frequently the highest rated player on my team. A solo queue healer can’t carry, and I’ll get low MMR teammates that are all outmatched. I tanked from almost 1800 rating to 1650, with the same problem each match.
Though, I think they need to keep it because there needs to be an incentive for healers to play to reduce queue times. The obvious solution is to just queue with someone, but the solo queue is what attacts me to begin with.
Dragonflight was a mediocre expansion and a ton of people clocked out before the first major content patch even dropped. Do you have an argument to present or are you just upset people think you shouldn’t be able to duo-queue in blitz?
Blizzard also thought targets should have an 8 debuff limit at one point. Blizzard makes dumb decisions all the time. If you actually asked people most of them would probably split along the lines of whether or not they solo or duo queue, and I imagine even a fair number of duo-queuers would concede that it’s a massive advantage. And if there were an option to solo queue while excluding duo queuers, most people would turn it off. And most duo queuers would, likewise, not want to queue if they knew they would only be fighting teams composed of duo queues.
None of this is complicated when you don’t resort to personal attacks and passive aggressive nonsense.
Oh, yeah, only the absolute smartest. Duo queues constitute no advantage in a game mode where they don’t let you bring flasks, potions, or food because they constitute unfair advantages.
Admittedly there’s a special kind of frustration where you burn through your entire rotation multiple times on a healer who’s winning not because they’re out playing you but because their healing is mana efficient and is more than enough to keep up with you. Healers get to play an entire different game than anyone else in PVP and it’s usually an exercise in frustration for all parties.
It’s completely off topic but there’s a reason why FFXIV radically redesigned pvp so that every class is fundamentally a DPS class but healers have some (limited) healing.
I que solo as a healer often and it’s a horrible experience relying on randoms to help peel the warrior/dk train off you. Usually it’s just me and my fellow emotional support healer trying to to give each other some hope to live on and not uninstall the game. The harsh truth is most of you don’t peel, especially within the dark pits of elo hell anyway…
I’m sure they would make changes but Blizz need to make daily changes to RFW so they can’t afford the man power please understand. Daily changes for 100 people > the pvp community
