Dung/Raids not updating on site

Iv completed multiple raids on normal/heroics in game & received achievements. Days go by and they still dont update progress under character search-dungeon/raids.

examples
Ulduar
normal 14/14 on site 0/14

Naxxramus
normal 15/15 on site 6/15

Firelands
Heroic 7/7 on site 0/7

ingame blizzard UI isnt the best, this site is much easier to track. please fix.

same. Heroic Firelands on site still shows me at 0/7 even though I tried debugging it by clearing it several times.
