Hello! I was just doing some transmog runs in some legacy dungeons and discovered my instances are not resetting. Upon exiting the dungeon, clicking reset all instances, and re-entering the dungeon all of the bosses are still dead.

Heroics can’t be reset, because they are designed to be once per day, period.
Likewise, running a legacy dungeon in mythic difficulty (for dungeons where that’s an option) is once per week, by design.
Normals can be run 10 per hour per account (not per character), also by design.
If you can’t reset a dungeon after hitting these limits, this is not a bug and will not be “fixed” because it’s working precisely as designed.
Thanks for your help, unfortunately I am aware of this and Normal difficulty is not resetting.

Sure. I first tested it on Cathedral of Eternal Night (in order to get a chest from the final boss). I ran the dungeon once through, then exited the dungeon via Dalaran Hearthstone (at first). After clicking “reset all instances” I returned to Cathedral. I verified the dungeon difficulty was set to Normal, and entered the dungeon. It placed me back in the same spot I used my Dalaran Hearthstone and all the bosses were still dead. Upon realizing this, I walked to the dungeon entrance and tried exiting through the main portal to see if that helped. I exited through the entrance, clicked reset all instances, verified Normal difficulty, and walked back into Cathedral. To my chagrin, I was back in the same spot as when I used my Dal Hearth and all the bosses were dead.
In my frustration I went to Northrend and tested this on an even older dungeon, Drak’Tharon Keep. I entered the instance and cleared it, left through the main entrance, reset all instances, verified Normal difficulty, re-enter dungeon, and all bosses are dead.
I wonder if they broke this with the Season 4 stuff?
It definitely seems like it.
Cathedral of Eternal Night is actually heroic/mythic only.
But even then, I could have sworn this was one of the few that ignored the rules and could be reset in the past. If not, my heart is broken since I wanted some socketed plate bracers from there.
