New LVL 50 goblin with goblin tabard. When I finished lvling I had 5999/6000 rep.
Rage fire gave 5 rep per mob
Bot (tempest keep) gave 0 rep per mob
Eye of ashara gave 0 rep per mob
Motherlode gave 0 rep per mob
All with tabard on.
You will only get vanilla rep using the tabard in vanilla and BC dungeons (and I think also WOLK?). In this case, you’d have to farm some old dungeons with the tabard on. A lot of people use the BC dungeons near Tempest Keep. I used this guide to get some before. Marwenna, I said in my post that I got 0 rep from botanica, which is a tempest keep (BC) dungeon.
Before 9.0 I grinder out gnome rep in that dungeon easily. Now I am getting 0 rep

Ah sorry! I missed that. That would probably be a bug then. I wonder if some of the others would work for you. For sure, anything beyond those first two expansions wouldn’t give rep, though. Good luck!

Your reply has motivated me to try a cata dungeon however to see how that goes since while factions are until classic reps, goblins came out in cata. But haven’t got a chance to try it yet

I think only bosses give rep with the tabards in more recent expansions.
Tried the cata dungeon stonecore. Because goblins were introduced in cata.
I got 4 rep a mob and none for the boss.
