I liked the old classic era dungeons where it was more of a traditional D&D dungeon delve, but those days are over, mythic+ isn’t going anywhere.
If a tank is going fast in your random heroic pug, there’s nothing wrong with that, and those of you that have a problem with that need to adapt. It’s only going to get faster when they actually have gear.
Joined a heroic group finder yesterday and tank takes off like jesse owens. 10 seconds later starts talking in group chat about if you dont keep up your out of here because were finishing this in under 3 minutes.
Just left. Same story in virtually every one.

Reality of the situation is the tanks don’t need you to clear a heroic, nor did they ever really once raid level gear unlocked. They’re gonna blitz the place for their incentive/gear and move on.
So either you’re a very unlucky druid, or you’re lying.
There is one of them and four others. If they only see the other four as tools to reach their goal, then the problem is them. They need to make their own premade instead of dictating others how they should be playing. Their ego shouldn’t be entertained.
Just tell them you are glad because you just logged on trying to get a quick run in before leaving the house for a party with your mates in 5 mins.
Honestly its probably worth macroing fake dialogue to continue over the course of an entire run with such a tank.
It would have been more believable if a tank that is rushing isn’t wasting time talking in group chat.

This is why Glory should be required before anyone can do a M+. Doing Glory has a lot of exploration behind it. Get Glory done, then you can speedrun.
I wish the two could coexist comfortably, honestly.

Why? Because you’re not skilled enough to do it? How can I take you to my key if you’re not Ready for Raiding? How can I invite you to academy if you don’t know how to dodge balls or find ducks? How can I take you to RLP if you can’t even take care of an egg?
BRD is a great experience. Probably one of the best exploring D&D style dungeons ever made.
But only a couple of times.
I did two dungeon pugs where the tanks just speedran through the instance. It was nice but at thebsamevtime when youre pulling adds to the boss it can get kinda painful especially if said adds can aggro on you and then you die
I’ll never forget zoning into a normal dungeon earlier in the expac and 2 of them are a pre-made and the tank goes “here’s a link to my discord server. Get in or else”. Since he was the tank and had his buddy with him, I knew ignoring him wasn’t an option as I would just get booted. So I noped out and ate deserter.
Imagine holding a pug normal hostage until you join a random discord LOL. That’s got creep written allllllll over it.
He probably doesn’t even have Glory either.
Agreed. I want more Upper and Lower Blackrock Spires. Actually, I would just be fine with M+ as is but removed the timer.
Not even sure why some folks seem so diehard that it is impossible to create tough content without a timer ticking over your head. (Not talking about boss enrages)
But I do understand that A LOOOOOOOOOT of peopel that play this game feel like they should be able to easily clear anything with no skill. I would ignore those folks, but I get why Blizz doesn’t.
thats what happens when you get people conditioned to blasting through mythics all day with its dumb time system.
Then with dungeons the loot RNG vs the time it takes is so piss poor, people just want to get through it as soon as possible to get to the next once because the likeliness of getting anything out of the dungeon is slim, so you got to grind as fast as you can…
And those same people wanting to blast through a M+ with no issues should be required to complete Glory of the Dragonflight Hero before they’re able to queue for a key.
Sure but that uldaman achievement is nuts rn. You need what? 170k group dps? With dps like that you could already do 10s.

First heroic I ran in the xpac, everyone just takes off, if you die, they just keep moving unless they are approaching a boss.
No one talks.
If you die repeatedly, I’d be surprised if you weren’t just vote kicked out.
In an unexpected surprise, the M0 I ran, same deal, wiped a few times to the second boss (algathar academy). We communicated on what went wrong. Then finished out the dungeon (no more talking). No real toxicity though. So
